DescriptionThe five indigenous technologies embedded in us for physiological and psychological health are Breath, Vocalization, Contact, Movement and Stillness. Somatic Expression® is an educational method combining these five objective somatic technologies with subjective personal experimentation to tend and befriend our inner ecosystem. Drawing upon McHugh’s 45 years of research into various somatic-expressive disciplines, this user-friendly approach stands out for its simplicity and inclusivity, having introduced a wide range of people worldwide to the delicious wonder of being and becoming a body on Earth. Join us in a content-rich, relaxed space and explore collaborating with your body’s sensate wisdom!
